6. Payment Terms
Pricing
- Prices listed on website are subject to change
- Custom quotes provided for projects
- All prices in USD
Payment Schedule
- Deposit required to begin projects (typically 50%)
- Balance due upon completion/delivery

Late Payments
- Late fees: 1.5% per month on overdue amounts
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- Collections costs added to outstanding balances
Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable after work begins

7. Project Timelines
- Estimated timelines provided in proposals

- Make timely payments
9. Warranties and Disclaimers

- Each party bears own costs
Class Action Waiver

These Terms governed by laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Volusia County, Florida.
15. Modifications to Terms

- Changes effective upon posting
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
- Material changes will be notified via email
16. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Service Agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and CraftrUSA.
